CREW ADMINISTRATOR

The Crew Administrator is responsible for the administration, processing, tracking, and compliance of The Bahamasimmigration and labour-related requirements for international Team Members, including work permits, labour certificates,letters of good standing, police certificates, and associated regulatory documentation. This role ensures all applications,renewals, records, payments, and reporting activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance withapplicable government regulations, company policies, and established deadlines while maintaining effective relationshipswith internal and external stakeholders.In addition, the Crew Administrator supports the efficient operation of the HR Centre through personnel file management,onboarding and offboarding administration, compliance recordkeeping, reporting, and other HR administrative functions.All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Wayphilosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.This Job Description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties performed by the destination Team Memberoccupying this position.
