NS SECURITY SUPERVISOR

The Security Supervisoris responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the Private Destination.This role focuses on Guests, Team Members, and Visitors’ safety and any type ofemergency. This position assists the Safety & Security Manager to implementand run the Destination Security Plan to ensure a secure working environment.The Security Supervisor oversees the Security Guards and assists with thesecurity and surveillance of Guests, Team Members, Visitors, equipment, andsystems to ensure safety on the Destination. This position leads by example andrequires exemplary organization, attention to detail, leadership skills,excellent Guest and Team Member engagement, training, and knowledge of theproduct and service standards. All duties and responsibilities are performedfollowing Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, andSOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
