Assistant Digital Manager
The Assistant Digital Manager reports to the Digital Manager and supports the operation in maintaining, troubleshooting, and updating guest- and crew-facing digital systems, with a focus on signage and the mobile app. Responsibilities includes but not limited to managing content, triaging issues, training users, assisting guests, ensuring systems run smoothly, and collaborating with multiple departments to align with brand standards. The role involves daily monitoring, reporting, and problem-solving while providing hands-on experience in digital content management in a dynamic cruise ship environment.
