ISLAND OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

The Island Operations Supervisor is responsible for delivering industry-leading hospitality standards to maintain upkeep, safety, and cleanliness on the Destination. The Lead ensures the Destination is Guest-ready including but not limited to all public spaces, beachfront, and sand areas are clean, raked, cleared from garbage and rocks, and the restrooms and trash bins are clean and sanitized. The Lead supports the Operations Manage, Assistant Manager, and supervises the Operations Team to ensure the Destination performance objectives, KPIs, Guest and Team Member satisfaction, and other key results areas consistently meet and exceed the Company’s targets. This position leads by example and requires exemplary organization, attention to detail, excellent Guest and Team Member engagement, training, knowledge of the product and service standard. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
