LIFEGUARD SUPERVISOR
The Lifeguard Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of designated aquatic recreational facilities: pools, water attractions, and beaches. This role focuses on Guest, Visitor, and Team Member safety, responds to any type of emergency, and performs lifesaving procedures. In addition, the Lead Lifeguard supports the Assistant Manager in all operational aspects, inspects attractions, pools, and beaches, ensures all lifeguard positions are covered, checks emergency equipment, reinforces safety procedures, ensures pools, and beaches are Guest-ready. This position requires excellent Guest and Team Member engagement, concentration, visual audit skills, the ability to provide CPR/First Aid, knowledge of products and services. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
