FINANCE ACCOUNTING MANAGER

The Finance & Accounting Manager is a strategic leader responsible for all financial aspects of the Destination. The Manager supports the Finance & Accounting Director with the administrative and financial operations of the Company. This role is responsible for all financial transactions and maintaining the integrity of the Destination’s overall financial reporting including, but not limited to, cash, transactions, inventory balances, expense review, and recording of payroll funds disbursement. The Finance& Accounting Manager works closely with the Destination Leadership Team. This position must fully understand the financial controls set for all positions. This position conducts the payroll administration and managesexpense reporting as per set procedures. The role oversees the process of paperwork associated with logistics, tax, reimbursement, etc. The Finance & Accounting Manager maintains integrity and follows compliance as established in the Company’s policies and procedures, local law, and statutory obligations required by the country. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
