LIFEGUARD MANAGER

The Lifeguard Manager is responsible to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all aquatic recreational facilities: pools, attractions, and beaches on the Private Destination. This role focuses on Guest safety, responds to any type of emergency,and performs lifesaving procedures. This role establishes and drives a positive working environment and focuses on safety, operational efficiency, Guest, and Team Member satisfaction. The Lifeguard Manager specializes in operating water attractions, pools, beaches, and trains and develops Lifeguard Team to operate all aquatic facilities in a safe and efficient way. The role supports the Safety & Security Director in all operational aspects of Lifeguard Operations to ensure the Destination performance objectives, KPIs, Guest and Team Member satisfaction, and other key results areas consistently meet and exceed the Company’s targets. This position leads by example and requires exemplary organization, attention to detail,leadership skills, excellent Guest and Team Member engagement, training, knowledge of the product, and service standards.All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
