HR BUSINESS PARTNER

The HR BUSINESS PARTNER, ROYAL BEACH CLUB supports the DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES in all facets of Human Resources operations including the implementation of strategic, tactical, and operational goals. This role understands the needs of the overall business and provides all the necessary assistance to the DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES to implement, optimize, and lead best in class policies, procedures, systems, and practices in all aspects of the Team Member engagement: communication, organizational design, recruitment, recognition, disciplinary, compensation, benefits, and work relations.

All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way

philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental guidelines.
