DIR OF SAFETY SECURITY
The SAFETY AND SECURITY DIRECTOR, ROYAL BEACH CLUB reports to the General Manager and is responsible for implementing the Royal Beach Club Security Plan, policies as stated in the Security Manual of SQM, Guest Conduct Policy and Private Destinations Security manual. The SAFETY AND SECURITY DIRECTOR, ROYAL BEACH CLUB shall have an understanding of the Safety and Quality Management Program including responsibilities in the Safety Organization according to the Emergency Plan, an excellent understanding of the Rules and Regulations and the Company’s Policy and a thorough knowledge of the Security Manual and the Royal Beach Club Security Plan are essential for this position.
All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way
philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
