DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

The HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR, ROYAL BEACH CLUB is a strategic HR professional that partners with the Leadership Team to develop and implement Human Resources strategies and programs that are in line with the individual business units and organizational mission and vision. The HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR, ROYAL BEACH CLUB also serves as a strategic partner to the Royal Beach Club Leadership Team by providing Human Resource Direction and guidance on all Team Member-related issues. The HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR, ROYAL BEACH CLUB must have extensive knowledge in all aspects of Human Resources including Recruitment, Team Member Engagement, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Recognition, Training, Learning, Development, Compensation, Benefits, and HR Systems.

All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way

philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
