DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

The Director of Finance is a strategic leader responsible for all financial aspects of the Royal Beach Club at Paradise Island. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Director of Finance is accountable for the administrative and financial operations of the company, to include the development and implementation of the financial and operational strategy, including monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results for the Royal Beach Club at Paradise Island consistent with the Royal Caribbean International brand standards. The Director of Finance collaborates with the Royal Caribbean VP of Finance on day-to-day financial operations. This role oversees strategic planning, financial management, and performance optimization to support the Beach Club's long-term vision. The Director of Finance requires a proactive approach to managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the goals and objectives defined by the Board of Directors. The Director of Finance must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, effective communication, and the ability to influence the organization’s financial health and strategic direction. 
All duties and responsibilities are performed following company standards; policies; SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures); and public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
