Chief Concierge
The Chief Concierge aims to exceed hospitality industry standards, while ensuring complete guest and team satisfaction. The position will focus on ensuring operational goals are met and consistent training, leadership, development, and recognition of overall team performance are sustained. The Chief Concierge is the lead of the Concierge team and point of contact for other leaders onboard. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, finalizing and communicating onboard events relating to Concierge services, loyalty and groups utilizing grids and email communications to Heads of Departments.
