Pastry Chef Tournant
The role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Pastry Shop, including production, quality, and presentation of pastry and desserts in accordance with company policies. This includes assisting in production forecasts, minimizing wastage, setting up pastry displays, adhering to public health regulations, cleaning the pastry shop, preparing for inspections, requisitioning items, maintaining recipe standards, and assisting with consumption recaps. Additionally, the individual must acquire necessary knowledge to assist guests and crew, attend meetings and training activities, and perform any other related duties assigned by supervisors or management.
